Wad up! Caribbean Flavour of the West... Ealing that is, "Wadada's'' at 'The Fisherman's Birthday Celebration!

A local eatery, 'Wadada's Caribbean Deli and Snack Bar',



serves up a variety of good to go dishes at the annual Fisherman's birthday, in the canteen of, Brentside high school.




Roy Duncan ownwer of Wadada's, alongside others, provided tasty dishes at the event. Below he is with his staff, busily selling his food to an eager public.







Above is just a snippet of the fish dishes, 'Wadada's' had to offer. However below we feasted on some more Grenadian delights, such as,bakes, coconut cakes and the ever so sweet, cupcakes.
Mouth watering and lip-licking treats.





Other stalls set up at the event also gave us a taste worth paying for.







Crowds draw in to the school, to partake in the Grenadian celebration, that is 'The Fisherman's Birthday,run by 'Nutmeg-Mace and Spice Association, Family Fun Day.











In addition to the food stalls, as you can observe, where others selling cultural artefacts, literature, flags and below, specially custom made, cards by Portia, of 'Portia's Creations.







A great day was spent and enjoyed at the Fisherman's Celebration, on Sunday 26th June 2011.
